As to how learning can be improved and enhanced, both students and teachers have a massive effect. In fact, interaction plays a vital role in the teaching and learning process. Teachers should experiment with a variety of interactive methods to improve their students' learning experiences. As teachers, we need to remember that "interaction is the key to the success of learning," because as future teachers, the more we interact with our learners, it gives our learners an opportunity to learn and understand. Moreover, we need to put in our minds that, while we as teachers should know how to teach the content or the lesson itself, we also need to assure that, while we are teaching the content or the lesson, we are also teaching and transforming the lives of each learner inside the classroom. We need to involve our learners in the teaching and learning process through interactive activities. Explore various strategies to involve our learners to increase both their engagement and retention since learning should take place with them. Teachers could come up with a traditional strategy wherein they will set up activities like think-pair-share, different engaging activities like role play, debate, brainstorming, peer review, and many more to incorporate active learning inside the classroom. Interaction between teachers - students, student - student, students -teachers are very beneficial to teaching and learning process.
As the world revolves,
everything changes. Our learners are very diverse in a way that they learn in
different ways. So, teachers need to think and come up with a different
strategy than the traditional one. With that being said, teachers need to
expose the learners to the advancement of education through digital teaching
and learning. Furthermore, one effective strategy that teachers may utilize is
to involve the learners in digital teaching and learning, since they are 21st
century learners. Digital teaching and learning broaden student access to
education and knowledge while equipping them with skills and a thinking that
will help them succeed now and in the future. In addition, teachers could use
different applications like Kahoot, Quizziz, Quizzlet, and any more to involve
the learners in the teaching and learning process and enhance their students'
learning as well. Teachers need to put in their minds that, effective learning
requires a long-term relationships and interaction between students and
teachers. Remember, we are not just teachers because we are life changers. We
are not the dispensers of knowledge, but we are the facilitators of knowledge.
